AP Anlage & Privatbank AG has been established in 1995 by Hypo Bank (Munich, Germany). In 2004 the Bank has been acquired by Parex Bank (Latvia) and became part of Parex Group. Following the restructuring of Parex Bank in 2010 and establishment of Citadele Banka, whose shareholders are the State of Latvia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), AP Anlage & Privatbank AG has now become the 100% subsidiary of Citadele Banka (Latvia).
